Do Not Copy/Paste!!!
A common tactic used by candidates is to copy information from the job description, and paste it onto their résumé. While this practice may appear efficient, and less time-consuming, it is often frowned upon by employers, as it completely lacks any individuality. Selecting Officials desire to learn more about you and YOUR experience, not the expectations listed from the job description. Further, copying/pasting could imply that you may lack any initiative, and/or are indolent, which are unfavorable qualities for employees.
